Andy has an office PC with extra hard drives installed for back up purposes. For transferring clients data from their computers as a back up whilst he works on theirs. He’ll store the data until the job is completed then move it back over to the client hard drive unless he feels the hard drive is suspect or until he can copy it to another hard drive/memory stick/disc etc.
Some of our clients request Andy to keep their data on his hard drives for back up purposes which is fine as long as they’re aware of these rules. Andy reserves the right to delete any data he feels is taking up too much space or is not legal and takes no responsibility for any client data. He backs up what he can and does his best but that is all.
NOBODY has access to this data other than Andy. The PC is passworded and the house had 4 CCTV cameras installed around it which record 24/7
