If Andy called to your home or office & worked all day then left without fixing the problem without charging he wouldn't be in business! If you can't fix it then don't advertise that you can! Sometimes it's just a matter of cost versus age as to whether or not it's worth repairing but it can always be repaired! You'll be advised with an honest opinion as to whether or not your computer is worth repairing and for free if you bring it to Andy but if he's called out in the van to have a look and you then a small fee/donation to cover costs is expected. It's not our fault your hardware is faulted and you don't want to pay for it to be replaced, we just diagnose the problem and tell you what you need to do and we can't afford to do it freely! If you don't agree with this then don't call us! Trust us we CAN fix it! |
